This is a 32 count, four-wall line dance with one easy tag. 
Start: with lyrics (16 count intro). 

STEP, TOUCH, BACK, TOUCH, BACK, KICK-BALL-CHANGE, STEP
1,2        Step forward on right, Touch left together
3,4        Step back on left, Touch right together
5           Step back on right
6&7      Kick left forward, Step back on left, Step right in place
8           Step forward on left

SIDE, ROCK-RECOVER, SIDE, BEHIND & HEEL & CROSS 1/4 RIGHT 
1,2        Step right to side, Rock back onto left
3,4        Recover weight onto right, Step left to side
5&6      Step back on right, Step left to side, Touch right heel on diagonal
&7,8     Step back on right, Cross step left over right, Make 1/4 turn right and step right forward 

STEP, TOUCH, BACK, KICK, COASTER STEP, KICK-BALL-CHANGE
1,2        Step left forward, Touch right together
3,4        Step back on right, Kick left forward
5&6      Step back on left, Step right together, Step left forward
7&8      Kick right forward, Step right back, Step left in place

CHASSE RIGHT, ROCK BACK, RECOVER, SIDE, BEHIND & CROSS & TOUCH
1&2      Step right to side, Step left together, Step right to side
3,4        Rock back on left, Recover weight onto right
5,6        Step left to side, Step right behind left
&7        Step left to side, Cross step right over left
&8        Step left to side, Touch right together

Easy Tag: This will happen after the 7th time you do the dance…you will be facing the 9 o'clock wall. 
Do the first 4 counts of the dance 4 times, making a 1/4 turn right each time, which will bring you back to the 9 o'clock wall to start again.

1,2,3,4     R step forward, L touch, L step back making 1/4 turn right, R touch (now facing 12 o'clock) 
5,6,7,8     R step forward, L touch, L step back making 1/4 turn right, R touch (now facing 3 o'clock) 
1,2,3,4     R step forward, L touch, L step back making 1/4 turn right, R touch (now facing 6 o'clock) 
5, 6, 7, 8     R step forward, L touch, L step back making 1/4 turn right, R touch (now facing 9 o'clock)
