Where I can, I try to make a step description fit on one page, however, there are times when this is impossible and in order to print my step sheets on one page, I recommend you use Internet Explorer 6 or an equivalent Browser that allows you to "Print Preview".

Otherwise, may I suggest you try the following:

Click near the top of the dance you wish to print. Then click on "File" and then "Print". Select the option to print "Current page only" - if after printing, the end of any dance is omitted, scroll down the step sheet and click just after the end of the printed "page one" and again click on "File" and "Print" to select "current page" again.

You may insert the same piece of paper to print on it's reverse - refer to your printer's instructions to confirm which way round it should go!

You may also try decreasing the Font size before printing.

It seems such a waste of paper to print two pages when there's possibly only one or two lines of "dance irrelevant" text or a logo on page two..........
